摘　　要：目的探究B超测量子宫内膜厚度指导去氧孕烯炔雌醇片、炔诺酮、醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血(简称"功血")的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将我院2019年3月至2019年12月收治的86例功血患者分为两组,各43例。对照组应用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片药物治疗,观察组结合B超测量子宫内膜厚度结果选取个体化药物(去氧孕烯炔雌醇片、炔诺酮、醋酸甲羟孕酮)进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血清FSH、LH、P水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的出血控制时间及出血停止时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的子宫内膜厚度均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 B超测量子宫内膜厚度指导去氧孕烯炔雌醇片、炔诺酮、醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗功血的效果显著,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of B-ultrasound measurement of endometrial thickness to guide desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets,norethindrone or medroxyprogesterone acetate in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 86 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to December 2019 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets,while the observation group was treated with individualized drug(desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets,norethindrone,medroxyprogesterone acetate)therapy according to the result of B-ultrasound measurement of endometrial thickness.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum FSH,LH and P levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding control time and bleeding stop time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion B-ultrasound measurement of endometrial thickness to guide desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets,norethindrone,medroxyprogesterone acetate in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding has significant effect,which is worthy of promotion.
