摘 要:目的探讨注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠在新生儿感染中的应用效果及对IgG水平、CD3+、CD4+的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月本院诊治的88例感染新生儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将入选患儿分为两组,各44例。对照组给予青霉素钠治疗,观察组给予哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患儿的IgG水平、CD3+、CD4+均明显提高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的症状改善用药总时间短于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的病原菌总清除率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率为2.27%,显著低于对照组的13.64%(P<0.05)。结论注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗新生儿感染可获得良好的病菌清除效果及免疫功能调节效果,提高临床治疗的有效性,且药物不良反应较少,安全性高。Objective To explore the application effect of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection in neonatal infection and its influences on IgG level,CD3+and CD4+.Methods A total of 88 children with neonatal infection treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benzylpenicillin sodium,and the observation group was treated with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Ig G level,CD3+and CD4+of the two groups significantly increased,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total medication time with symptom improvement in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total pathogen clearance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.27%,which was significantly lower than 13.64%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection in the treatment of neonatal infection can obtain good effects of pathogen clearance and immune function regulation,improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment,and has less adverse drug reactions and high safety.
