补阳还五汤结合手法推拿、温针灸对膝骨性关节炎患者膝关节功能及炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补阳还五汤结合手法推拿、温针灸对膝骨性关节炎患者膝关节功能及炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月收治的88例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,以抽签法随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采用常规西医疗法进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加以补阳还五汤结合手法推拿、温针灸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组膝关节功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TNF-α、MMP-3及PGE2水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤结合手法推拿、温针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎有助于提高患者膝关节功能,改善炎性因子水平,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with manual massage and needle warming moxibustion on knee function and inflammatory factor level in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of88 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group by lottery,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medical methods,while the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with manual massage and needle warming moxibustion.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the knee function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,MMP-3 and PGE2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with manual massage and needle warming moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is helpful to improve the knee function and the inflammatory factor level,which is worthy of promotion.
