摘　　要：目的分析针对性护理联合冬病夏治穴位贴敷对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺部症状的改善效果。方法将我院2018年9月至2019年9月收治的200例COPD患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组在接受冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗的同时采用常规护理,观察组在接受冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗的同时采用针对性护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度及治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的咳嗽、咯痰及喘息消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理联合冬病夏治穴位贴敷应用于COPD临床治疗中,可明显改善患者心理状况与护理满意度,还可加快患者的恢复速度。Objective To analyze the improvement effect of targeted nursing combined with winter disease treated in summer acupoint application on pulmonary symptoms in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 200 patients with COPD treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing while receiving winter disease treated in summer acupoint application treatment,and the observation group received targeted nursing while receiving winter disease treated in summer acupoint application treatment.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,expectoration and wheezing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing combined with winter disease treated in summer acupoint application in the clinical treatment of COPD can significantly improve the psychological condition and nursing satisfaction of patients,and speed up the recovery speed of patients.
