基于《灵枢》浅谈杨上善“脉引筋气”思想论治经筋病

摘　　要：以古代文献记载为依据,通过回顾《灵枢·经筋》篇,浅谈杨上善《黄帝内经太素》“脉引筋气”思想论治经筋病。从生理病理角度阐释经筋与经脉的内在联系,旨在论述经筋与经脉的相关性。分析论证认为“脉引筋气”思想秉承《灵枢》经筋理论,更加强调经脉对经筋的气血渗灌及濡养调节作用,注重经穴与经脉气血的密切关系,充实了经筋理论的临床应用,拓展了当下理解针灸理论的维度,对于其中蕴含的学术资源,同样具有丰富的研究价值。Based on the records of ancient literature,this study discussed the treatment of sinew disease through reviewing Miraculous Pivot and discussing Great Simplicity of Internal Classic.This study elaborated the internal relationship between sinew and meridians from the perspective of physiology and pathology.It is believed that the idea of“Maiyin Jinqi”adheres to the sinew theory of Miraculous Pivot,and it emphasizes the effect of meridian on infiltration,nourishment and regulation of qi and blood,by paying attention to the close relationship between acupoints and qi and blood of meridian,which enriches the clinical application of the theory of meridian sinew,expands the current understanding of acupuncture theory,it also has rich research value for the academic resources contained in it.
