基于“腰背委中求”理论浅谈对委中穴治疗腰痛病的认识

摘　　要：腰背疾恙之治每每求取于委中穴,其效必应,此为前贤经验所得,明代医家徐凤据此撰歌赋曰:“腰背委中求”。笔者通过对中医学经络、脏腑及西医学解剖层次、血液成分等方面论述,为“腰背委中求”提供了理论依据,并通过借用现代科学技术手段使其内涵更为丰富。现代医家对委中穴的运用包括针刺、灸法、穴位贴敷及注射等方式。以委中穴为基础并据证配穴施于患体,则其疾祛。笔者藉阐析“腰背委中求”古今之见解及基于委中穴之治疗方式,意在示人古今并重之要,在熟谙古籍经典文献的基础上羽翼以现代科学技术佐证之、佐助之,以期委中穴用治腰痛病可广为医家所资鉴。Weizhong(BL40)is often used in the treatment of waist and back diseases and can achieve good effect from the experience of the previous acupuncturists.Ming Dynasty doctor,XU Feng,concluded it as"Yaobei Weizhong Qiu".The author provides the theoretical basis of"Yaobei Weizhong Qiu"from the aspects of TCM meridian,TCM viscera,western anatomy and hemodynamics,and makes its connotation richer by borrowing modern scientific and technological means.The application of BL40 includes acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint application and injection.Compatibility of BL40 based on syndrome differentiation can achieve excellent curative effect.By analyzing the ancient and modern views and the treatment methods in terms of BL40,the author intends to show that people should pay equal attention to both ancient classic lines and modern science in order to provide reference for BL40 in treating lower back pain disease.
