探讨抗精神病类药物对QTc间期的影响及红景天的防治效果

摘　　要：目的:探究与分析抗精神病类药物对QTc间期的影响及红景天的防治效果。方法:选取自2019年1月-2019年8月张家港市精神卫生中心收治的住院精神分裂症患者60例,采取随机数字表法分为红景天不干预组与红景天干预组,每组30例,对比两组患者治疗前、治疗后第4周、第8周、第12周的心电图检查结果中QTc间期的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后第4周末、第8周末、第12周末QTc间期值与治疗前相比较较高,红景天干预组治疗后第4周末、第8周末、第12周末分别与红景天不干预组上述时间点的QTc间期值相比较低。结论:红景天的应用能够有效地减少抗精神病类药物对精神分裂症患者QTc间期带来的不良影响。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of antipsychotic drugs on QTc interphase and the prevention and treatment effect of rhodiola rosea.Methods:60 patients with schizophrenia in Zhangjiagang mental health center of hospital from January 2019 to August 2019 were divided into no intervention group and the intervention group using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group,and electrocardiogram results between QTc in period of change of two groups of patients before and 4,8,12 weeks after treatment were compared.Results:The QTc interphase values of patients in the two groups at the end of the 4th,8th and 12th week after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the QTc interphase values of patients in the rhodiola intervention group at the end of the 4th,8th and 12th week after treatment were lower than those in the non-intervention group.Conclusion:Rhodiola rosea can effectively reduce the adverse effects of antipsychotic drugs on QTc interphase in schizophrenia patients.
