耳穴压豆联合壮肾灵外敷治疗慢性心力衰竭急性发作的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨耳穴压豆联合壮肾灵外敷治疗慢性心力衰竭急性发作的效果。方法:将2018年6月-2019年6月在深圳市宝安中医院(集团)心内科治疗的60例慢性心力衰竭急性发作患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规西医治疗,在此基础上观察组使用耳穴压豆联合壮肾灵外敷治疗,对比两组间的临床疗效、心功能各指标变化、中医证候积分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),明显高于对照组的70%(21/30)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后左心室射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEF)、心输出量(Cardiac Output,CO)明显高于对照组,而左室舒张末期容积(End Diastolic Volume,EDV)、脑钠肽(Brain Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胸闷、心悸、下肢浮肿、食欲不振、乏力、面色晦暗等中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合壮肾灵外敷治疗慢性心力衰竭急性发作的效果显著,能明显改善心功能,缓解临床症状,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To explore the effect analysis of auricular point pressing combined with external application of Zhuangshenling(壮肾灵)in the treatment of acute attack of chronic heart failure.Methods:60 cases with chronic heart failure in patients with acute attack treated Shenzhen Bao'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Group People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and on the basis of the treatment of the control group,the observation group received auricular point pressing combined with external application of Zhuangshenling,the clinical curative effect,the index changes in cardiac function and TCM syndrome integral between the two groups were contrasted.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was significantly higher than that in the control group70%(21/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF and CO in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while EDV and BNP were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of TCM syndromes such as chest distress,palpitation,lower limb edema,loss of appetite,fatigue and complexion tarniness in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point pressing combined with external application of Zhuangshenling has a significant effect in the treatment of acute attack of chronic heart failure,it can significantly improve cardiac function,relieve clinical symptoms,and it has positive clinical significance.
