小儿推拿联合“健脾暖胃药物肚兜”治疗脾胃虚寒型腹泻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿推拿联合“健脾暖胃药物肚兜”在治疗脾胃虚寒型腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准的脾胃虚寒型慢性腹泻患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组(30例),蒙脱石散一袋3 g,1岁以下患儿每天1袋,1~2岁患儿每天1~2袋,2岁以上患儿每天2~3袋,分3次平均服用;双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片,0.5 g×24片,半岁以下患儿每天1片,6个月~3岁患儿每天2片,分3次平均服用,两药联合服用,疗程10 d。治疗组(30例)小儿推拿联合“健脾暖胃药物肚兜”治疗,疗程10 d;分别于治疗前及治疗后观察两组治疗有效率、腹泻次数、腹胀、腹痛等症状积分。结果:两组患者腹泻、腹痛症状均较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者症状积分均较治疗前明显下降,但治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿推拿联合“健脾暖胃药物肚兜”可有效治疗脾胃虚寒型腹泻。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of children massage combined with Chinese-style chest covering with invigorating spleen and warming stomach medicine in the treatment of diarrhea of spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type.Method:60 patients with chronic diarrhea of spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group(30 cases)received 3g/bag of montmorillonite powder,1 bag/day for children under 1 year old,1-2 bags/day for children 1-2 years old,and 2-3 bags/day for children over 2 years old.Lactobacillus bifidum triple viable tablets,0.5 g×24 tablets,1 tablet per day for children under the age of half a year,2 tablets per day for children aged 6 months to 3 years,3 times on average,two drugs were combined for a course of 10 days.In the treatment group(30 cases),children were treated with massage combined with Chinese-style chest covering with invigorating spleen and warming stomach medicine for 10 days.The scores of effective rate,frequency of diarrhea,abdominal distension and abdominal pain were observed before and after treatment.Results:The symptoms of diarrhea and abdominal pain in the two groups were significantly improved compared with that before treatment,which was with significant difference(P<0.05),but the treatment group was better than the control group,which was with significant difference(P<0.05).The symptom scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,but the difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Children massage combined with Chinese-style chest covering with invigorating spleen and warming stomach medicine can effectively treat diarrhea of deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach.
