自拟活血化瘀利水消肿方促进胫骨下段骨折愈合的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟活血化瘀利水消肿方促进胫骨下段骨折愈合的效果。方法将2014-2018年南昌市洪都中医院收治的60例胫骨下段骨折早期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组口服活血化瘀利水消肿方煎剂,对照组口服接骨七厘片,比较两组患者的骨形成蛋白-2(Bone Morphogenetic Protein 2,BMP-2)水平及摄X线片评定骨折愈合程度。结果:第7天和第28天测得的BMP-2浓度有显著差异,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01),X线片结果显示第42天两组差异明显,治疗组骨折愈合情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟活血化瘀利水消肿方可有效促进BMP-2的产生,促进骨折断端骨痂的生成,缩短骨折的愈合时间,能有效促进胫骨下段骨折的愈合。Objective:To explore the effect of the self-made Huoxue Huayu Lishui Xiaozhong recipe(活血化瘀利水消肿方)on promoting the healing of the lower tibial fracture.Methods:60 patients treated from 2014 to 2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group took Huoxue Huayu Lishui Xiaozhong recipe,while the control group took Jiegu Qili tablet(接骨七厘片),and the BMP-2 level of the two groups was compared and fracture healing was estimated by X-ray.Results:The concentration of BMP-2 in and the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group on the 7th and 28th day(P<0.01).The X-ray results showed that the difference between the two groups was significant on the 42nd day.The fracture healing in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Huoxue Huayu Lishui Xiaozhong recipe can effectively promote the generation of BMP-2,promote the formation of callus at the fracture broken end,shorten the healing time of the fracture,and effectively promote the healing of the lower tibial fracture.
