膈下逐瘀汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析膈下逐瘀汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法:以临沂市中医医院2015年1月-2018年12月收治的100例子宫内膜异位症患者为对象,按随机数字表法随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组行米非司酮治疗,试验组于此基础联合膈下逐瘀汤治疗,对比两组性激素、性生活水平及炎性因子。结果:治疗后,试验组孕酮(Progesterone,P)、雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)及催乳素(Prolactin,PRL)水平均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者女性性功能简明评估量表(Brief Index of Sexual Function for Women,BISF-W)各维度评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组基质金属蛋白酶9(Matrix Metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)及可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(Soluble Intercellular Adhesionmolecule-1,sICAM-1)水平均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膈下逐瘀汤联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症有助于改善患者性激素及炎性因子,并提高其性生活水平。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Gexia Zhuyu decoction(膈下逐瘀汤)combined with mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods:100 cases of endometriosis patients were admitted to Linyi Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2015 to December 2018.These patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the experimental group was treated with Gexia Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the mifepristone.The sex hormone,sexual living standard and inflammatory factor were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of Progesterone(P),Estradiol(E2)and prolactin(PRL)in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of brief index of sexual function for women(BISF-W)in all dimensions of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),interleukin-6(IL-6)and soluble intercellular adhesion molecular-1(sICAM-1)in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gexia Zhuyu Decoction combined with mifepristone can help to improve the sex hormones and inflammatory factors of the patients in the treatment of endometriosis,as well as improve their sexual living standard.
