摘　　要：应用中医中药辨证论治,治疗以烘热汗出为主要表现的女性更年期综合征,临床辨证分为阴虚火旺、肾阳亏虚、阴阳两虚、肝郁化热、太少不和五型,运用黄连阿胶鸡子黄汤合六味地黄汤、潜阳丹、二仙汤、丹栀逍遥散、柴胡桂枝汤治疗,效果满意。TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment is applied to treat female climacteric syndrome,which is mainly manifested by drying heat and sweating,the clinical syndrome differentiation is divided into yin deficiency and fire,kidney yang deficiency,yin and yang deficiency,liver stagnation and heat and disharmony between Taiyang and Shaoyang.Huanglian Ejiao Jizihuang Decoction(黄连阿胶鸡子黄汤)combined with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction(六味地黄汤),Qianyang Dan(潜阳丹),Erxian Decoction(二仙汤),Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder(丹栀逍遥散),Chaihu Guizhi Decoction(柴胡桂枝汤)is use and the effect is satisfactory.
