摘  要:尖山铁矿磁精矿SiO2含量高达8.0%~9.0%,选厂原采用反浮选工艺提铁降硅,但该工艺固有的矿浆加热及药剂添加会带来环保问题,为解决环保难题并兼顾精矿质量,实施了磁重选工艺替代反浮选工艺改造,精矿质量满足用户需求,同时降低了加工成本。The SiO2 content of the magnetic concentrate of Jianshan Iron Mine is as high as 8.0%~9.0%.In the beneficiation plant,the reverse flotation process was originally used to increase iron and reduce silicon;however,the inherent slurry heating and reagent addition in this process caused problems in environmental protection.In order to solve the problems in environmental protection and improve the quality of the concentrate,the magnetic gravity separation process was implemented to replace the reverse flotation process,so that the quality of the concentrate meets the needs of users while the processing cost is reduced.
