摘 要:对某变速器啸叫噪声消减进行研究。根据整车试验确定啸叫噪声阶次及工况,制定齿轮啮合斑点和噪声台架试验工况。通过台架试验对比了齿面微观修形优化、宏观参数优化、壳体轴承座刚度提升对啸叫阶次噪声的优化幅度,排除整车试验中传递路径、车辆一致性等因素影响,对变速器不同优化方案给出相对量化的对比结果,对啸叫问题优化方案的制定有一定参考价值。The gear whine reduction of a transmission is studied.The order and working conditions of gear whine are determined according to the vehicle test,and the test conditions of gear mesh speckle and noise bench are formulated.The bench test is used to compare the optimization of the gear whine order noise with the micro-shape modification of the tooth surface,the optimization of the macro parameters,and the improvement of the housing bearing stiffness.Excluding the influence of factors such as the transmission path and vehicle consistency in the whole vehicle test,a relatively quantitative comparison result is given for different optimization schemes of the transmission,which has certain reference value for the formulation of the gear whine problem optimization scheme.
