摘　　要：为提高等速万向节传动轴中的内环加工时胀夹的可靠性和效率,采用专用的胀夹装置代替目前的普通胀夹具。介绍了特种胀夹装置的结构、工作原理及实际使用方法。专用的胀夹装置使得生产效率提高,工件加工质量得以保证,成本降低。In order to improve the reliability and efficiency of expansion clamps when machining the inner ring in a constant velocity universal joint drive shaft,a special expansion clamp device is used to replace the current ordinary expansion clamps.The structure,working principle and actual use method of special expansion clamp device are introduced.The special expansion clamp device improves the production efficiency,ensures the quality of the workpiece processing,and reduces the cost.
