摘 要:采用氧-乙炔火焰喷焊工艺在316不锈钢球体表面喷涂镍基合金粉末(Ni60)涂层,然后对涂层的组织、物相、硬度及耐磨性进行测试和分析。通过SEM电竞扫描发现,粉末在高温熔融之后混合均匀,涂层内部存在较少缺陷。通过能谱线扫描可知,涂层与基体间存在20μm左右的过渡层,表明涂层与基体可达到比较强的冶金结合。由XRD物相分析可知,涂层经加热熔融形成硬质陶瓷相,可以提高涂层的耐磨性。由显微硬度计与摩擦磨损试验机分析可知,涂层的产生大幅提高球体表面硬度与耐磨性,有效延长球体零件的使用寿命。The coating of nickel base alloy powder(Ni60)is sprayed on the surface of 316 stainless steel sphere by oxygen acetylene flame spray welding process.Then the structure,phase,hardness and wear resistance of the coating are tested and analyzed.SEM scanning shows that the powder mixes uniformly after high temperature melting,and there are few defects in the coating.The results show that there is about 20μm transition layer between the coating and the substrate,which indicates that the coating and the substrate can achieve a strong metallurgical bonding.XRD phase analysis shows that the wear resistance of the coating can be improved by heating and melting to form a hard ceramic phase.From the analysis of micro hardness tester and friction and wear testing machine,it can be seen that the production of coating greatly improves the surface hardness and wear resistance of the ball,and effectively prolongs the service life of the ball parts.
