摘  要:湖北某公司自备热电厂将一台25 MW抽汽凝汽式汽轮发电机组改造成25 MW背压式汽轮发电机组,要求改造施工期间必须保证电厂另一台汽轮发电机组安全正常运行。文中主要介绍了主机、辅机及热力系统改造实施方案,以及改造过程中施工限制条件的应对措施,对抽凝机改背压机和母管制热力系统隔离相关设计要点和问题进行分析讨论。A company in Hubei Province reforms a 25 MW extraction condensing steam turbine generator unit into a 25 MW back pressure steam turbine generator unit,which requires the safe and normal operation of another steam turbine generator unit in the power plant during the reconstruction.This paper mainly introduces the implementation scheme of the reformation of the main engine,auxiliary engine and thermal system,and the measures to deal with the construction restrictions in the reformation process.It also analyzes and discusses the key design points and problems related to the reformation of the extraction condensing machine to the back pressure machine and the thermal system isolation of main pipe.
