摘  要:为了解自吸式旋涡泵的水力性能和内流场分布规律,利用计算流体力学数值模拟和试验方法对某自吸式旋涡泵的水力性能和内流场分布规律进行了对比研究。水力性能模拟结果显示,自吸式旋涡泵的扬程值随流量的增大近似呈线性降低,在设计工况点,其扬程的数值模拟与试验结果相对误差约为3%,在偏离设计工况点的小流量和大流量时,该相对误差值逐渐增大。通过内流场分析可知,自吸式旋涡泵的泵体流道内部流速分布较为均匀,其中隔舌流道进口处存在一个流速较大的区域。基于模拟结果,沿着泵体流道监测截面A、B、C、D、E进行了流道内部的流体静压分析,其结果显示,不同工况下,流体静压沿着泵体流道内部监测截面同样地近似呈线性增长,显示了流体在泵体内部的加压过程。该结果为自吸式旋涡泵的设计优化提供了有效参考。In order to investigate the hydraulic performance and flow field distribution of self-priming vortex pumps,a self-priming vortex pump is studied using CFD numerical simulation and experimental methods.The results show that the head of self-priming vortex pump decreases approximately linearly with the increase of the flow rate.At the design condition,the relative error between the simulation and test results of the head is about 3%,and the deviation from the design condition point for small and large flows,the relative error value gradually increases.The internal flow velocity distribution of the pump body flow channel of the self-priming vortex pump is relatively uniform,and there is a region with a large flow velocity at the entrance of the pump cutwater.The path pressurization analysis along the A、B、C、D、E flow passage of the pump body show that the hydrostatic pressure along the flow passage inside the pump body flow passage also increases approximately linearly.
