摘　　要：基于富士新推出的综合控制器MICREX-SX可编程控制器SPF和ALPHA5 Smart系列伺服放大器,利用伺服控制系统转矩输出稳定、速度快、控制精度高、响应快的特点,采用速度控制的方式,针对工业现场不同尺寸的盘类零件,可以实现自动上下料功能,单轴提升性能可达到80 kg以上。物流旋转传送机构选择普通变频器控制,在保证性能的前提下实现了最佳性价比,人机交互操作简单,能够满足自动化成套设备中的物流、存储要求,提高生产能力。Based on Fuji’s new integrated controller MICREX-SX programmable controller SPF and ALPHA5 Smart series servo amplifier,this paper uses the characteristics of stable torque output,fast speed,high control accuracy and fast response of the servo control system.The speed control method is adopted,and the automatic loading and unloading function can be realized for the disc parts of different sizes on the industrial site.Single shaft lifting performance can reach more than 80 kg.Ordinary inverter control is selected as the logistics rotation transmission mechanism,which achieves the best cost performance on the premise of ensuring performance,and the human-computer interaction is simple,which can meet the logistics and storage requirements in the complete automation equipment and improve production capacity.
