摘　　要：利用NX10.0三维设计软件绘制吊钩实体模型,使用CAM模块自动编程该模具的数控加工G代码,最终制造出合格的吊钩锻造模具,试模锻打吊钩产品,生产出高精度和高强度吊钩锻件,为现有模具企业设计相似精密锻模提供参考。NX10.0 three-dimensional design software is used to draw the solid model of the hook,and the CAM module is used to automatically generate the CNC machining G code of the die,and finally a qualified hook forging die is manufactured.High-precision and high-strength hook forgings are produced.This result provides a strong guarantee for existing mold companies to design similar precision forging dies.
