摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议自提出以来,引起了沿线国家和地区的共鸣,特别是中蒙俄三国契合地区发展需要,以高度的认同感积极参与“一带一路”建设,中蒙俄经济走廊建设就是三国面向未来谋求全面发展的务实举措。“滨海2号”铁路建设项目是中蒙交通走廊建设的重点项目,当前中蒙双方均积极采取切实行动推动该项目的早日贯通,此外中蒙次区域合作及蒙古国“石油振兴”计划也对“滨海2号”建设起到了积极推动作用。中蒙铁路通道建设符合双方的共同利益,应尽早实现两国铁路交通通道的顺利对接,以促进国际国内区域间要素的有序自由流动、资源的高效配置和市场的深度融合。The Belt and Road Initiative has resonated with countries and regions along the route,especially for China,Mongolia and Russia deeply taking part in the Belt and Road construction corresponding to their regional development.And the China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor that is co-sponsored by the three countries is a pratical step for them facing future and trying for all-round development.Binhai No.2 railway program is also a key project for the corridor construction.At present,China and Mongolia have taken firm action to push the railway operation.Moreover,the regional cooperation between the two countries and the oil revitalization plan in Mongolia have pushed the construction of Binhai No.2.Because of meeting the interests of both sides,China and Mongolia should finish the railway docking as soon as possible based on the railway channel construction between the two countries in order to push the free factors flow in international regions,the efficient allocation of the resources and the market deep integration.
