疫情冲击下跨境电商面临的挑战与对策

摘　　要：随着我国跨境电商行业的飞速发展,跨境电商交易规模持续增长,电商企业数量不断增加。但是2020年新冠肺炎疫情的爆发,使我国很多跨境电商企业举步维艰,遭受巨大的经济损失。这暴露出跨境电商企业在发展过程中存在法律体系、支付体系等外部环境的不健全及物流体系、供应链系统、人才培养机制不完善等问题。因此,应加强政府与企业的合作,从政府层面应健全法律法规、完善支付结算体系、建立政企跨境信息共享系统;从企业层面应重视人才培养、建立国际物流体系,共同推动我国跨境电商行业持续健康发展。With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry in China,the scale of cross-border e-commerce transactions has been growing and the number of e-commerce enterprises has been increasing.However,with the outbreak of COVID-19,cross-border e-commerce industry has entered into a difficult situation suffering from huge economic losses.And problems came to light in the development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises,such as the imperfect external environment for legal system and payment system and the incompleteness in logistics system,supply chain system and talent training mechanism of cross-border e-commerce enterprises.Therefore,we should strengthen the cooperation between the government and enterprises,at the government level improving laws and regulations from the government level,completing the paying and settlement system,establishing the cross-border information sharing system and at the enterprise level attaching importance to personnel training;froming the international logistics system in order to push the healthy development of cross border e-commerce industry in China.
