摘  要:主要针对建立宽频功率国家基准时相位误差量值溯源的关键技术难点,提出了宽频带电压比例.电流电压转换及两路电压之间相位准确测量的方法。文中采用MN型结构电阻分压器,将电阻分压器相位溯源问题转换为两套相同比例、相同结构、不同电阻元件构成的分压器之间相位误差的差值测量.并对其相位误差在100kHz频率范围内进行准确校验及容性补偿;采用二进制感应分流器,通过四端电阻时间常数标准结合电压比例技术的测量方法,实现对1~100A鼠笼结构电阻分流器在400Hz-100kHz频率范围内相位误差的准确校验;并对双通道数字采样系统在0.5~2V电压下相位误差及线性误差进行了实验分析。This paper focuses on the critical technical difficulties in the traceability of the value of phase angle errors during the establishment of the broadband power primary standard and proposes a method for accurate measurement of phase-to-phase voltage between the broadband voltage ratio,current-voltage conversion,and two voltages.The resistive voltage dividers(RVDs)with the MN structure have been developed.and the problem of traceability of phase of RVD is conver-ted into the measurement of the phase angle erors between two sets of RVDs with identical design.same structure,and dif-ferent resistive elements.The phase angle errors of the RVDs have been determined and capacitively compensated in the fre-quency range of 100 kHz.Using a Binary Inductive Current Divider(BICD).with the adoption of time constant standard combined with the voltage divider method,the calibration of the phase angle errors of the current shunts ranging from 1 to 100 A at frequencies from 400Hz to 100 kHz was accurately verified.The phase angle errors and linearity errors of the dual-channel digital sampling system have been evaluated at the voltage ranges from0.5 to 2V.
