摘  要:面对工业、国防及大科学装置研究领域超大电流计量的应用需求,提出基于光纤电流传感技术的超大电流在线校准方法。建立了直流超大电流和宽频电流校准装置,基于等安匝法和多圈传感光纤对Faraday效应的倍增作用实现了光纤电流传感器线性度和频率响应特性的等效校准。将光纤电流传感器应用于400kA直流电流、240kA非对称工频短路电流以及100kA长脉冲电流的在线测量,并与实际应用场景中普遍采用的超大电流传感器进行对比,证明了光纤电流传感器应用于超大电流在线计量的可行性。In order to satisfy the urgent needs of the ultra-high current metrology in the fields of industry,national defense,and research on the large-scale scientific facility,an ultra-high current online calibration method based on the optical fiber current sensing technology was proposed. The calibrators for the DC ultra-high current and wideband current were established,and the equivalent calibration of the linearity and frequency response characteristics of the optical fiber current sensor was achieved based on the multiplication effect of the equal ampere-turns method and multi-turns sensing optical fiber coil on Faraday effect. The optical fiber current sensor is applied to the online measurement of 400 kA DC current,240 kA asymmetrical power frequency short-circuit current,and 100 kA long-pulse current,and compared with the ultra-large current sensors commonly used in actual application scenarios,which proves the feasibility of optical fiber current sensors for the online ultra-high current metrology.
