摘  要:目的分析研究2例D--表型患者的血清学和基因型的特征。方法采用盐水法鉴定2位患者的ABO、Rh血型;采用盐水法和抗球蛋白法对样本进行抗体筛查和抗体鉴定;测序分析样本的RHCE、RHD及RHAG的外显子序列。结果2位患者血型均为B型D--,抗体筛查阳性,血清中存在抗-Hro。患者1的RHCE基因型为RHCE-D(3-7)-CE,患者2的RHCE基因型为RHCE-D(3-8)-CE。结论2例D--表型形成的分子机制与RHCE基因和RHD基因之间的基因重组有关;D--表型易产生抗-Hro。Objective To analyze and study the serological and genotypical characteristics of two D--patients. Methods Two patients′ ABO and Rh blood groups were tested by saline method;antibody screening and identification were performed by saline method and indirect antiglobulin method;all of their RHCE, RHD and RHAG exons were amplified separately.Results Detailed typing and antibody identification showed that they both had a B,D--phenotype with anti-Hro antibodies, and their RHCE genotype was RHCE-D(3-7)-CE and RHCE-D(3-8)-CE, respectively.Conclusion The genetic mechanisms indicate that genetic recombination between RHCE and RHD caused D--phenotype in the two individuals. What′s more, anti-Hro antibody is easily to be generated in D--phenotype individuals.
