摘　　要：临床药师参与1例肺癌患者使用免疫检查点抑制剂(ICPIs)帕博利珠单抗致免疫相关性肺炎的治疗过程,通过文献复习分析不良反应的原因、梳理治疗过程,对治疗方案提出药学监护建议,以期为临床用药提供参考意见,有利于提高患者药物治疗的安全性和有效性。Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of a lung cancer patient with immuno-associated pneumonia induced by immune checkpoint inhibitors,pembrolizumab.We analyzed the causes of adverse reactions,and summarized the treatment of immuno-associated pneumonia through literature review.Suggestions on pharmaceutical care are provided for clinical drug use,to help improve the safety and efficacy of drug treatment.
