摘　　要：对临床药师参与的185例抗感染会诊进行回顾性分析,总结临床药师参与抗感染会诊的效果和经验,并介绍会诊过程中遇到的2例典型病例,协助医师制订安全有效的药物治疗方案,最后患者均好转出院。临床药师参与会诊有助于临床提高药物治疗水平,对促进临床合理用药具有重要意义。Totally 185 anti-infection consultations by clinical pharmacists were retrospectively analyzed.Typical cases were reviewed,the effects and experiences summarized.Clinical pharmacists helped doctors to make a safe and effective treatment protocol.Two patients with infection recovered through clinical pharmacists’ anti-infection consultation.Clinical pharmacists play an important role in the treatment of infectious diseases,and rational drug use.
