摘　　要：两性霉素B是多烯类抗真菌药,其最严重的不良反应是肾毒性,常出现在用药早期,大部分是可逆的。但用药不当,两性霉素B也可能导致慢性肾小管-间质的损伤。肾损伤程度可能与两性霉素B的剂型选择、剂量、疗程、合并用药等因素相关。本文对1例患者使用两性霉素B后导致重度慢性肾小管-间质损伤的风险因素进行分析,以期为临床安全用药提供参考。Amphotericin B is a polyene antifungal drug.It has many adverse reactions,with nephrotoxicity being the most serious,occurring early in the period of treatment,but reversible in most patients.Chronic renal tubular-interstitial injury may also be induced by amphotericin B improper treatment.The degree of renal injury may be related to the choice of formulation,dosage,period of treatment of amphotericin B,or concomitant drugs.This article analyzed the risk factors of a patient with severe chronic renal tubular-interstitial injury induced by amphotericin B to provide reference for safe medication use.
