摘　　要：2020年1月27日北京中医药大学组建国家中医医疗队赴武汉参与一线抗疫工作。为协助医疗队更好地救治重型患者,提高疗效,北京中医药大学组织了远程专家视频会诊,邀请北京中医药大学医学专家组的部分专家与医疗队员通过网络会议形式讨论病情,指导辨证用药。以2020年2月14日远程专家会诊的2则新型冠状病毒肺炎重型患者为例,介绍会诊专家对具体病例难点和用药思路的分析,体现远程会诊模式在新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗中的作用,推动中医药在救治新型冠状病毒肺炎患者中的广泛应用。Beijing University of Chinese Medicine(BUCM) organized the National Chinese Medical Team to Wuhan to participate in the front-line effort against COVID-19. In order to better assist the medical team in treating and managing patients in critical conditions, and improve curative effects, BUCM has organized video consultations allowing the medical team in Wuhan to engage in remote expert consultations. BUCM specialists were invited to take part in on-line "face-to-face" meetings with on-site team members to discuss patient cases and advise in diagnosis and treatment. This article took 2 severe cases of COVID-19 on February 14 th, 2020 as examples, introducing how consulting experts analyzed challenges and navigated treatment thought processes according to specific cases. This reflects the role of the remote consultation model applied to COVID-19 and has promoted the widespread application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of COVID-19.
