摘　　要：目的调查接受供精技术助孕的不孕不育夫妇对供精技术伦理认知的情况,探讨供精辅助生殖技术助孕中对患者伦理教育的目标及方向,规避供精应用及管理伦理风险。方法以2017年8月至2018年7月在吉林大学第二医院生殖医学中心进行供精试管技术助孕的30对不孕不育夫妇作为研究对象,使用自行设计的"供精伦理认知情况调查表",问卷内容包含供精精源管理伦理认知、供精技术伦理认知、供精随访伦理认知、供精家庭伦理认知4个维度24个条目。结果使用供精技术助孕的不孕不育夫妇对供精伦理认知4个维度的得分均较低,得分指标分别为68.57%、64.31%、65.27%、75.26%。结论供精技术助孕的不孕不育夫妇尚缺少必要的伦理认知,接受供精技术助孕的不孕不育夫妇应接受全面的供精伦理教育,使患者掌握全面的供精伦理认知,确保供精辅助生殖技术的安全应用,确保供精技术辅助助孕出生的子代的安全及权益。Objective To investigate the ethical cognition of infertile couples in assisted pregnancy with sperm donor technology,to discuss the objective and direction of ethical education for patients in assisted pregnancy with sperm donor technology,to avoid the application of sperm donor technology and to manage ethical risks.Methods From August 2017 to July 2018,30 infertile couples who underwent IVF in the reproductive medicine center of the Second Hospital of Jilin University were selected as the research objects.A self-designed questionnaire on the"Ethical Cognition of Sperm Donation"was used,which included 24 items in four dimensions:ethical cognition of sperm donation management,ethical cognition of sperm donation technology,ethical cognition of sperm donation follow-up and ethical cognition of sperm donation family.Results The scores of infertile couples using sperm donor assisted pregnancy were lower in the four dimensions of sperm donor ethics cognition,which were 68.57%,64.31%,65.27%and 75.26%,respectively.Conclusions For pure technology assisted infertile couples still lack the necessary moral cognition,accept for pure technology assisted infertile couples should accept comprehensive for ethics education,to make patients master the comprehensive for ethics awareness,ensure for safe application of assisted reproductive technology,to ensure that for pure technical assistance to help pregnant safety and rights of the child was born.
