摘　　要：目的:探究改良深部吸痰法对清理呼吸道无效患者的影响。方法:选取惠州市中医医院2018年1~12月收治的100例重症肺部感染患者,按照入院号尾号随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组实施常规吸痰,观察组实施改良纤维支气管镜下深部吸痰。比较两组患者治疗效果、动脉血气指标变化、痰鸣音及胸部X线片改善情况、患者满意度情况。结果:观察组的治疗效果明显好于对照组,观察组动脉血气指标显著优于对照组,观察组痰鸣音及胸部X线片改善人数均明显大于对照组,观察组的满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:改良深部吸痰法在清理呼吸道无效患者时,保持呼吸通畅,提高满意度,提高治愈率。Objective:To explore the effect of improved deep suction on patients with ineffective respiratory tract.Methods:A total of 100 patients with severe pulmonary infection admitted to Huizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to the end of admission number.The control group received routine sputum aspiration,while the observation group received deep sputum aspiration under modified fiberoptic bronchoscope.The treatment effect,arterial blood gas index change,sputum sound and chest X-ray improvement,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The arterial blood gas index of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of sputum purr and chest X-ray improvement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The improved deep suction method keeps the breathing open,improves the satisfaction and improves the cure rate when cleaning up patients with ineffective respiratory tract.
