摘 要:目的探讨广东某电网企业职工2种职业紧张模式与职业倦怠的相关性。方法对广东某电网企业1091名职工整群抽样,分别采用《工作内容问卷》、《付出-回报失衡问卷》和《职业倦怠通用量表》对工作需求-自主模式职业紧张、付出-回报失衡模式职业紧张和职业倦怠进行评估。采用Wilcoxon秩和检验或Kruskal-Wallis检验进行单因素分析,二元logistic回归分析职业倦怠影响因素。结果本研究检出轻度职业倦怠139人(14.5%);重度职业倦怠467人(48.7%)。单因素分析结果显示,不同电磁辐射(Z=-2.149)、高温高空(Z=-2.493)、视屏作业(Z=-3.366)、吸烟(Z=-2.019)、运动(Z=-3.082)和睡眠时间(Z=-4.554)组间职业倦怠发生率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,JDC模式下,职业紧张、吸烟、缺乏运动和睡眠时间短是发生职业倦怠的危险因素(P<0.05);ERI模式下,职业紧张、缺乏运动和睡眠时间短是发生职业倦怠的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论该电网企业高职业紧张职工发生职业倦怠的风险较大,吸烟、运动和睡眠时长是职业倦怠发生的影响因素。Objective To explore the correlation between two models of occupational stress and job burnout of a power grid enterprise employees in Guangdong.Methods 1091 employees in a power grid enterprise in Guangdong province were selected by using cluster sampling.The occupation stress of job demand-control model,effort-reward imbalance model and job burnout situation of the subjects were evaluated by the Job Content Questionnaire,the Effort Reward Imbalance Questionnaire and the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey,respectively.Wilcoxon rank-sum test or Kruskal-Wallis test of rank-sum test were used for univariate analysis,and Binary logistics regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis.Results 39 people(14.5%)had mild job burnout and 467 people(48.7%)suffered from severe job burnout were detected,respectively.The single factor analysis showed that the difference of the occurrence of job burnout between the group of electromagnetic radiation(Z=-2.149),high temperature and altitude(Z=-2.493),VDT work(Z=-3.366),smoking(Z=-2.019),exercise(Z=-3.082)and sleeping time(Z=-4.554)was statistically significant,respectively(P<0.05).According to the Binary logistics regression analysis,under the JDC mode,occupational stress,smoking,lack of exercise as well as sleep deprivation were the risk factors for job burnout(P<0.05).Under the ERI mode,occupational stress,lack of exercise as well as sleep deprivation were risk factors for job burnout(P<0.05).Conclusion These employees with high occupational stress have high risk for Job burnout found among the power grid enterprises.Smoking,exercise and sleeping time are the influencing factors of the occurrence of job burnout.
