摘　　要：目的探讨低年级大学生的冲动性人格特质对其不安全性行为的影响,为高校加强大学生性健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用简式UPPS-P(S-UPPS-P)冲动行为量表对成都市11所高校1053名大一、大二学生进行调查,采用logistic回归分析,探讨冲动性人格特质对低年级大学生不安全性行为的影响。结果在控制人口学变量后,缺乏坚持性负向预测最近6个月坚持使用安全套行为(β=-0.543,P=0.016);缺乏坚持性(β=-0.749,P=0.006)、正性急迫性(β=-0.615,P=0.014)负向预测最近6个月坚持全程使用安全套行为,感觉寻求正向预测最近6个月坚持全程使用安全套行为(β=0.380,P=0.024)。结论应该重点关注具有高冲动性特点的大学生,尤其是缺乏坚持性和正性急迫性得分高、感觉寻求得分低的个体,进行有针对性的健康教育和心理辅导,降低冲动性水平,减少和预防大学生不安全性行为发生。Objective To explore the influence of impulsivity on unsafe sex of junior college students,and to provide reference for strengthening sexual health education of college students.Methods Brief UPPS-P(S-UPPS-P)impulse behavior scale was used to investigate 1053 freshmen and sophomores in 11 universities in Chengdu,and Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influence of impulsive personality traits on the unsafe sex of junior college students.Results After controlling for demographic variables,lack of adherence negatively predicted consistent condom use over the last 6 months(β=-0.543,P=0.016).Lack of persistence(β=-0.749,P=0.006),positive urgency(β=-0.615,P=0.014),negative prediction of consistently using condoms throughout the last 6 months,and sensation seeking positive prediction of consistently using condoms throughout the last 6 months(β=0.380,P=0.024).Conclusion College students with high impulsivity,especially those with high persistence and positive urgency scores and low sensation seeking scores,should be paid special attention to.Targeted health education and psychological counseling should be carried out to reduce the impulsivity level and prevent the occurrence of unsafe sex among college students.
