摘 要:文章构建服务业发展指标体系,采用熵权Topsis法测算2006-2016年中国30个省份服务业发展水平;采取对数离差均值、泰尔指数、基尼系数测度服务业发展水平的区域差异;运用莫兰指数对服务业发展水平进行空间相关性分析;选取基础设施建设、科技水平、工业化水平、开放度和人口密度五个控制变量对中国服务业空间溢出效应进行实证检验。研究发现,中国服务业发展存在明显的区域差异,并具有显著的正相关性;基础设施建设、科技水平、工业化水平、开放度对服务业发展具有显著的空间溢出效应,人口密度的溢出效应并不显著,其中基础设施建设溢出效应最强,随后是科技水平、工业化水平和开放度。This paper constructs an indicator system for the development of service industry. Firstly, the paper uses the entropy weight Topsis method to measure the development level of the service industry in 30 provinces of China from 2006 to 2016,and then adopts the mean of logarithmic deviation, Tyr index and Gini coefficient to measure the regional difference of the development level of service industry, and employs Moran index to analyze the spatial correlation of service industry development level.Finally, the paper selects five control variables, namely infrastructure construction, science and technology level, industrialization level, openness and population density, to conduct an empirical test on the spatial spillover effect of China’s service industry. Studies find that there are obvious regional differences in the development of China’s service industry, with a significant positive correlation, that infrastructure construction, scientific and technological level, industrialization level and openness have significant spatial spillover effects on the development of the service industry, and that the spillover effect of population density is not significant,among which the spillover effect of infrastructure construction is the strongest, followed by the level of science and technology, industrialization and openness.
