摘  要:在多端柔性直流输电系统中,装设直流断路器是有效抑制故障电流扩散,保证直流电网安全稳定可靠运行最有效的技术手段,而直流断路器供能系统肩负着高电位隔离并对模块化操作和控制部件供能的重要作用。该文对张北工程康保换流站用耦合负压式直流断路器供能系统方案展开研究,首先阐述了耦合负压式直流断路器供能系统总体设计方案;通过不间断供电系统和开关柜实现不间断供电,采用3种电压等级的隔离变压器实现直流断路器主支路和转移支路隔离供能,通过开关柜软启动限制浪涌电流和在供能隔离变压器输出侧并联浪涌保护器和电容器的方法提高供能系统可靠性;最后,供能系统随直流断路器样机进行了绝缘试验和运行试验,全部试验顺利通过且供能系统工作稳定,证明了设计方案的合理性与可靠性。In the multi-terminal flexible DC transmission system,installing DC circuit breaker is the most effective technical method to suppress the spread of fault current and ensure the safe,stable and reliable operation of a DC grid.The DC breaker power supply system plays an important role in isolating high voltages and powering modular operation and control components.Consequently,we researched the power supply system design of coupled negative voltage DC circuit breaker for Zhangbei Engineering Kangbao Converter Station.Firstly,the overall design scheme of the power supply system of the coupled negative voltage DC circuit breaker was elaborated.Uninterrupted power supply was achieved by using uninterruptible power supply(UPS)and switchgear,and the main branch and transfer branch isolated power supply were realized by three voltage level isolation transformers.The reliability of the energy supply system was improved by limiting surge current through soft-start of switchgear and paralleling surge protector and capacitor on output side of power supply transformer.Finally,the power supply system was tested with the DC circuit breaker prototype for insulation tests and operation tests.All the tests pass smoothly and the energy supply system works stably,which proves the rationality and reliability of the design.
