摘 要:目前SF6/N2混合气体作为SF6气体的替代气体已应用于许多电力设备中,而检测这些电气设备发生故障后生成的COF2、N2O等新分解气体有助于开展电气设备的故障诊断。为研究基于红外吸收特性的SF6/N2混合气体典型分解气体的检测技术,利用HITRAN数据库给出的吸收谱线强度、线型函数等参数,对典型组分COF2、N2O的红外吸收特性进行研究;得到了COF2在波数400~2000 cm-1和N2O在波数400~8000 cm-1范围内的红外吸收谱段、最强吸收处的中心波长、吸收系数峰值;并分析了压强和温度对COF2、N2O的强吸收谱的影响。结果表明:这2种分解气体在红外热辐射光源有效谱段1.2~10μm内具有较强吸收,可以用基于红外热辐射光源的光声光谱装置进行检测;且气体吸收谱线的吸收系数随压强的增大而增大,但不同气体增大程度不同;随温度的升高气体主要吸收谱段的峰值吸收系数减小,但也有部分吸收谱段交叠处的峰值吸收系数增大;COF2、N2O在运行条件(505 kPa,温度313 K)下的红外吸收系数大于标准条件(101 kPa,温度296 K)下,运行条件更利于气体检测。SF6/N2 mixed gas as the substitute for SF6 gas has been applied in many power devices.Detecting new generated decomposition gases such as COF2 and N2O after failure of electrical equipment is useful to the fault diagnosis of electrical equipments.In order to study typical decomposition gases detection technology of SF6/N2 mixed gas based on infrared absorption characteristics,the parameters of absorption line intensity and linear function given by HITRAN database for the above-mentioned typical components COF2 and N2O are used.The infrared absorption spectrum,the central wavelength and the peak value of the absorption coefficient of COF2 in the range of 400~2000 cm-1 and N2O in the range of 400~8000 cm-1 are obtained.At the same time,the effects of pressure and temperature on the absorption of COF2 and N2O are analyzed.The results show that these two kinds of decomposition gases have strong absorption in the effective spectrum of infrared thermal radiation source in 1.2~10μm,and can be detected by photoacoustic spectroscopy device based on infrared thermal radiation source.Meanwhile the absorption coefficient of the gas absorption line increases with the increase of pressure,but different gases increase in different degrees.As the temperature increases,the peak absorption coefficient of most absorption lines of the gas decreases,while a few absorption lines increase.The infrared absorption coefficient of COF2 and N2O at operating conditions(pressure of 505 kPa,temperature 313 K)is greater than that at standard conditions(pressure 101 kPa,temperature 296 K),and operating conditions are favourable for gas detection.
