摘  要:针对目前长距离调水工程运行管理过程中存在的运行效率低下、维护工作量大、信息异构分散,无法对运行过程进行实时监控及实时信息不能快速反馈等问题,提出采用BIM+GIS融合技术、物联网技术等手段,基于ThinkPhp开源框架,以Cesium 3DGIS平台为依托,开发基于BIM+GIS的长距离引调水工程运行管理系统。该系统通过BIM+GIS搭建大场景空间三维可视化交互环境,为长距离引水工程运行管控提供了一个可视化的信息共享与协同管理平台,满足了长距离引水工程运行管理需求,有利于长距离引调水工程运行管理过程中的科学化管理,为长距离引调水工程运行管理提供了一种新的解决方案。In view of the problems existing in the operation and management of long-distance water diversion projects,such as low efficiency,heavy maintenance workload,heterogeneous and dispersed information,inability to monitor and control the operation process in real time,and inability to feedback real-time information quickly,BIM+GIS fusion technology,Internet of Things technology and other means were proposed to solve the above problems.Based on open source framework ThinkPhp and Cesium 3 DGIS platform,a long-distance water diversion project operation management system based BIM+GIS was developed.The system builds a three-dimensional visualized interactive environment of large scene space through BIM+GIS,provides a visual information sharing and collaborative management platform for operation and control of long-distance water diversion projects,meets the operation and management requirements of long-distance water diversion projects,and is conducive to the scientific management of operation and management of long-distance water diversion projects.It provides a new solution for operation and management of long-distance water diversion project.
