摘　　要：目的:互联网医疗模式下电子处方的大数据流转势在必行,但受限于目前的处方审核流程,电子处方数据流转并不顺利。方法:本研究从规范互联网处方业务流程、制定处方审核规范和构建基于人工智能技术处方审核系统3个方面,探索互联网医疗模式下电子处方审核的实施路径,并进一步梳理医疗机构和社会药店处方审核面临的难点。结果:总结及梳理了我国互联网医疗模式下电子处方审核的现状及流转存在的具体问题,构建了医疗机构电子处方审核及流转的实施路径。结论:完善电子处方流转和审核体系的建设,形成健康、有效的互联网处方流转途径,将为新业态下电子处方的审核及流转提供参考。OBJECTIVE Big data circulation of electronic prescriptions in the internet medical model is imperative,but limited by the current prescription review process,electronic prescription data circulation is not smooth.METHODS This study explored the implementation path of electronic prescription review in internet medical model from three aspects:standardizing internet prescription business process,formulating prescription review specifications and constructing prescription review system based on artificial intelligence technology,and further sorted out the difficulties faced by prescription review in medical institutions and social pharmacies.RESULTS This study summarizes the current situation of e-prescription audit under the internet medical mode in China and the specific problems existing in the circulation,and constructs the implementation path of e-prescription audit and circulation in medical institutions.CONCLUSION Optimizing the construction of electronic prescription circulation and review system and forming a healthy and effective way of Internet prescription circulation will provide reference for the review and circulation of electronic prescription in the new industry.
