高铁走廊区域居民城际流动支撑体系优化策略研究--以沪宁高铁为例

摘　　要：高速铁路显著提升了沿线居民的流动性,促进了居民流动范式的转型。但居民在依托高铁实现城际流动的同时仍然需要其他关键要素的支撑。既有研究对此关注较少且观点较为分散,缺乏对重要支撑要素的系统性梳理。文章从“人本化”的视角,尝试对高铁走廊区域居民城际流动的支撑要素进行梳理,并构建高铁走廊区域居民城际流动支撑体系框架。在此基础上,以沪宁高铁为例,通过分析居民城际出行行为探究支撑体系所面临的发展问题与挑战,进而提出优化策略。优化策略强调在发展思路上遵循“以人为本”,在发展路径上提升对于居民城际流动的支撑能力,即在保障性层面实现服务共享,在引导性层面实现经济共进与功能协调,在便利性层面实现出行服务的便捷高效与智慧集成,从而形成居民城际流动与区域空间发展相互增益的高流动性空间。High speed rail(HSR)has significantly improved residents'mobility and encouraged the transformation of residents'mobility pattern.However,besides the support of HSR,residents'inter-city mobility still needs the support from other important clements Few previous studies focused on such issue,and relevant viewpoints are scattered.Related literature lacks systematic analysis of important supporting elements.This study chooses“people oriented”perspective,and tries to synthesize important elements that support residents'Inter-city mobility and construct a framework of inter-city mobility support system for regional high speed rail corridor.Based on this framework,this study explores the developing problems and challenges of inter-city mobility support system by analyzing residents'inter-city travel behavior of taking Shanghai-Nanjing High Speed Rail,Then optimized strategies have been proposed,i.e.adopting people-oriented developing conception and improving supporting capabilty for inter-city mobility.In particular,regional high speed rail corridor should realize service sharing for guaranteeing residents'inter-city mobility,achieve economy co-improvement and function coordination for guiding residents'inter-city mobility,and prov ide convenient and high efficient travel service w ith integrating intelligence for providing convenience for residents'inter-city mobility.Thereby,a space of flow is hoped to be constructed where residents'mobility and regional space are mutually beneficial.
