基于微区位理论的城市文创园区布局策略研究--以西安为例

摘　　要：微区位研究既涉及地理位置和空间环境,也注重空间参与者的主观感受,对促进城市高质量发展具有重要意义。文章以西安文创园区为研究对象,利用多源数据、微区位环境图谱、调研诉求、社会评价等进行分析,得出其总体布局环境特征和街区微区位规律。研究发现,西安文创园区总体南密北疏,偏好科研、人木金融服务等资源;各类文创园区在街区层面的共同规律与不同偏好共存,其诉求和评价亦各有侧重。最终基于分析结果对西安文创园区规划设计提出了一些建议。The study of micro-location not only involves geographical location and spatial environment,but also pays attention to the subjective feelings of spatial participants,which is of great sign1ficance for promoting high-quality urban development.This article takes Xi'an cultural and creative industrial park as the research object,and uses multi-source data,micro-location environmental maps,research appeals,social evaluation,etc.to analyze its overall layout environment characteristics and block level micro-location rules.The study found that Xi'an cultural and creative industrial park is generally densely separated from the north and prefers resources such as scientific research,talents,and financial services.The common rules and different preferences of various cultural and creative parks coexist at the block level,and their appeals and evaluations also have different focuses.Finally,based on the analysis results,some suggestions were made for the planning and design of Xian cultural and creative industrial park.
