摘  要:2018年冬,山西省某獭兔养殖场出现獭兔呼吸急促、腹泻,从发病到死亡,不到两天时间,通过对死亡兔进行肺部病灶的微生物分离培养及生化试验、染色镜检鉴定,并对其进行了9种药物的敏感性试验。在13只病死兔的肺脏中均分离出肺炎克雷伯氏菌,敏感药物筛选试验结果显示,13株肺炎克雷伯氏菌对多种药物呈现出耐药性,其中对四环素耐药率最高,达100%,呈绝对耐药;对链霉素、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星、氨苄西林、头孢曲松的耐药率均在40%以上,对阿莫西林的耐药率最低,为15.3%。结果表明,克雷伯氏菌为该兔场因腹泻腹胀、呼吸困难而死亡的主要致病菌,其对9种抗生素产生了普遍的耐药性,建议进一步扩大药物的筛选范围,选择更多的合适药物进行治疗。In the winter of 2018,there was shortness of breath and diarrhea in an Rex rabbit farm in Shanxi province.From onset to death,it was less than two days.Microbial culture,biochemical test,staining microscopic examination and sensitivity test of 9 drugs were carried out the dead rabbits.Klebsiella pneumoniae was isolated from the lungs of 13 dead rabbits.The results of sensitive drug screening test showed that 13 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae showed resistance to many kinds of drugs,among which the rate of resistance to tetracycline was the highest,up to 100%,with absolute resistance;the resistance rate to streptomycin,gentamicin,amikacin,norfloxacin,ofloxacin,ampicillin and ceftriaxone was above 40%,and the lowest resistance rate to amoxicillin was 15.3%.The results showed that klebsiella was the main pathogen of death in this rabbit field due to diarrhea,abdominal distension and dyspnea,and it had universal resistance to 9 antibiotics.It was suggested to further expand the screening range of drugs and select more suitable drugs for treatment.
