兔毛用长效型抗菌整理配方的开发及整理工艺研究

摘　　要：本文开发了一种针对兔毛织物的长效型抗菌整理工艺。该工艺配方基于两种非溶出型阳离子抗菌剂,并以柠檬酸为交链剂与兔毛纤维角蛋白共价结合。采用该整理工艺对兔毛进行了抗菌性整理试验。结果表明,该工艺对大肠杆菌具有显著的抑制作用,抑菌率达到100%。同时经该整理工艺整理的兔毛织物还具有良好的耐洗性,经20次洗涤后抑菌率仍高于65%,表明该整理工艺可实现兔毛织物抑菌的长效性。兔毛纱整理后经测试强力有所下降,可能由于整理过程对兔毛纤维具有一定损伤。This paper develops a long-acting antibacterial finishing process for rabbit hair fabrics.The process formula is based on two non-leaching cationic antibacterial agents,and uses citric acid as a cross-linking agent to covalently bind with rabbit hair fiber keratin.Antibacterial finishing experiments were carried out on rabbit hair using this finishing process.The results show that the process has a significant inhibitory effect on E.coli,and the bacteriostatic rate reaches 100%.At the same time,the rabbit hair fabric finished by this finishing process also has good washing durability.After 20 washings,the bacteriostatic rate is still higher than 65%,indicating that this finishing process can achieve long-term bacteriostasis of rabbit hair fabric.After finishing the rabbit hair yarn,the strength of the test has decreased,which may have caused some damage to the rabbit hair fiber due to the finishing process.
