乡村公共文化服务体系建设的路径分析

摘　　要：乡村振兴离不开文化的振兴,文化振兴离不开公共文化的建设。只有建立切实可行、科学的乡村公共文化服务体系,才能有效地保障农民的基本文化权益,满足农民的文化需求,推进乡村文化建设的健康发展。针对当前乡村公共文化服务体系建设中存在的问题,提出要从根本上转变以外部单向输入为主的服务模式,要培育乡村文化的内生机制,健全乡村文化人才培养开发机制,推进城乡基本公共文化服务的均等化,提高乡村公共文化的服务能力,以推进乡村公共文化服务体系的建设,开创乡村文化振兴的新局面。Rural revitalization can’t do without the revitalization of culture,and cultural revitalization can’t do without the construction of public culture.The establishing of feasible and scientific rural public cultural service system could effectively guarantee farmers’basic cultural rights and interests,meet the cultural needs of farmers,and promote the healthy development of rural cultural construction.Aiming at the current problems existing in the construction of rural public cultural service system,the countermeasures were put forward including fundamentally changing the service mode based on external one-way input,cultivating the endogenous mechanism of rural culture,improving the training mechanism of rural cultural talents,promoting equal access of basic public cultural services in urban and rural areas,and improving the service capacity of rural public culture,in order to promote the construction of rural public cultural service system,and create a new situation of rural cultural revitalization.
