摘  要:为探讨我国本土天敌昆虫对外来入侵害虫草地贪夜蛾的防治效果,以中红侧沟茧蜂和管侧沟茧蜂为试材,在室内条件下测定了2种寄生蜂对草地贪夜蛾幼虫的寄生效果。结果表明:2种侧沟茧蜂均能寄生草地贪夜蛾的低龄幼虫,其中中红侧沟茧蜂寄生4、6和8日龄幼虫的结茧率分别为30.99%、19.01%和3.98%,死亡率分别为7.99%、6.98%和72.96%;管侧沟茧蜂寄生6日龄幼虫的结茧率为62.00%,死亡率为30.95%。2种侧沟茧蜂均具有防治草地贪夜蛾的潜力,管侧沟茧蜂对草地贪夜蛾的寄生能力优于中红侧沟茧蜂。To evaluate the control efficiency of native larval parasitic wasp on Spodoptera frugiperda(J.E.Smith),we compared the parasitic potential of Microplitis mediator and M.tuberculifer under laboratory conditions.The results showed that both of the two Microplitis species were parasitic on young larvae of S.frugiperda,and the percentage of M.mediator cocoons on the 4th,6th and 8th larvae were 30.99%,19.01%%and 3.98%,and the mortality of S.frugiperda larvae were 7.99%,6.98%and 72.96%,respectively.While the percentage of M.tuberculifer cocoons on the 6th S.frugiperda larvae and the mortality was 62.00%and 30.95%,respectively.Both of the two Microplitis species have the potential of biological control of S.frugiperda,and the parasitic ability of M.tuberculifer was better than that of M.mediator.
