摘  要:直升机空中加油将大大提高直升机的不间断飞行距离和留空时间,使其潜在作用得到最大限度发挥,具有重要战略意义。基于ABAQUS二次开发平台,建立了直升机复合材料受油探杆损伤力学模型,开展了结构强度特性与损伤机理研究,得到了结构的极限强度和损伤产生的薄弱环节。根据分析结果,提出了直升机复合材料受油探杆的设计维护建议,为该类产品的结构设计提供参考。Air refueling could greatly increase the helicopter’s cruise range and the time of hanging in the air and maximize its potential,which is strategically important.This article established the damage mechanics model of helicopter composite air refueling tube by using the secondary development platform based on ABAQUS.Then studied on the strength and damage mechanism of the air refueling tube.Finally,the structural ultimate strength and the damage weak links were carried out.According to the analysis,the design and maintain advises were proposed,which provided reference for structural design of similar products.
