摘　　要：为研究海底隧道各方因素对交通事故的影响,总结国内外对海底隧道交通事故的研究进展。以国内某海底隧道为例,阐述隧道交通事故发生的形式、空间与时间分布、车型等事故特点,将海底隧道事故安全影响因素按人、车、路、环境与管理五个方面进行分析,提出交通事故并非由单一因素引起、而是由多个因素共同作用导致的观点。有针对性地提出在海底隧道设计、施工、运营管理过程中,减少和防止交通事故发生的方法、途径及对策,提高海底隧道内的交通安全,从而减少人员伤亡、降低财产损失。In order to study the influence of various factors of undersea tunnels on traffic accidents,this paper summarizes the research status of traffic accidents in undersea tunnels at home and abroad.Taking Jiaozhou Bay Submarine Tunnel as an example,it briefly describes the characteristics of traffic accidents,such as time and space distribution characteristics,accident forms and accident vehicle types,and carries out the analysis of traffic accidents safety in submarine tunnels from five main factors:people,vehicles,roads,environment and management.Based on the analysis,it points out that traffic accidents are not caused by a single factor,but by a combination of multiple factors.Methods,approaches and countermeasures that reduce and prevent traffic accidents in the process of design,construction and operation management of undersea tunnels are put forward in order to improve the safety of driving in undersea tunnels,and to reduce the casualties and property losses.
