摘 要:高土壤电阻率地区输电杆塔接地降阻困难,采用其他防雷措施与降阻措施配合使用,以确保输电线路的反击耐雷水平,可取得更好的技术经济效益。采用电磁暂态仿真软件ATP-EMTP搭建输电线路雷电过电压仿真模型,分别研究110 kV、220 kV和500 kV输电线路降低接地电阻、增加绝缘子片数以及加装线路避雷器对其反击耐雷水平的影响。结果表明,接地电阻允许值从20Ω放宽至25Ω时,线路的绝缘子片数仅需增加1片即可达到接地电阻值为20Ω时的耐雷水平;在线路两边相同时安装线路避雷器时,110 kV、220 kV和500 kV输电线路的反击耐雷水平分别提升了59.15%、63.1%、95.8%。通过经济比较,认为4 000Ω·m的高土壤电阻率地区降阻方案具有较差经济效益,放宽接地电阻并在加装两边相避雷器的方案具有较好的综合技术经济效益。所得结果,可为降低高土壤电阻率地区输电杆塔设计、施工成本提供方法指导。It is difficult to reduce the grounding resistance of transmission towers in high soil resistivity area.Other lightning protection measures are used in conjunction with resistance reduction measures to ensure the level of lightning resistance of the transmission line and can obtain better technical and economic benefits.In this paper,the electromagnetic transient simulation software ATP-EMTP is adopted to build a lightning overvoltage simulation model for transmission lines.The effects of 110 kV,220 kV,and 500 kV transmission lines on reducing ground resistance,increasing the number of insulators,and installing line arresters on their lightning resistance levels are studied.The results show that when the allowable value of the grounding resistance is relaxed from 20Ωto 25Ω,the number of insulators on the line only needs to be increased by 1 to reach the lightning resistance level when the grounding resistance value is 20Ω;when line arresters are installed on both sides of the line,the 110 kV,220 kV,and 500 kV transmission lines’lightning strike resistance levels have increased by 59.15%,63.1%,and 95.8%respectively.Through economic comparison,it is considered that the resistance reduction scheme in the 4000Ω·m high soil resistivity area has poor economic benefits.The scheme of relaxing the grounding resistance and installing two-phase arresters has better comprehensive technical and economic benefits.The results can provide method guidance for reducing the design and construction cost of transmission towers in areas with high soil resistivity.
