摘  要:将废弃高铝电瓷精心加工成瓷粉,直接替代中铝电瓷料方中的部分铝矾土及瓷的原料,获得了工艺性能与瓷性能均与原料方接近或优于原料方的新料方,这是循环经济的重要体现,具有很好的社会效益与经济效益。在Al2O3含量近40%的中铝料方中分别用加入12%和20%的Al2O3含量为54%废瓷粉替代部分铝矾土及长石原料,所得坯料Al2O3虽有所减少,但泥浆脱水、干燥过程、成型性能以及其它工艺性能优于不加废瓷粉的原料方。用12%废瓷粉替代原料方中的10%的铝矾土与2%的钾长石,所得瓷的抗弯强度显著高于原料方,而用20%废瓷粉替代原料方中18%的铝矾土和2%的钾长石,所得瓷的抗弯强度与原料方相近。废瓷粉的加入可使瓷中刚玉相略为减少,但莫来石和石英含量都有所提高,且二次针状莫来石相互交织现象更发育,瓷的显微结构得到进一步优化。根据实验结果,按现代电瓷制造规程,进行了160吨坯料(其中加入了20余吨的废电瓷粉)规模的中试,得到了性能优良的电瓷产品。The high alumina waste porcelain was carefully processed into powder and was used to replace the raw materials of some bauxite and feldspar in the manufacturing of insulator with the middle alumina content.The properties of the insulator in which the waste porcelain powder was used were better than those of the insulator where no waste porcelain powder was used.The use of waste porcelain powder is an important manifestation of circular economy,with good social and economic benefits.In this paper,the addition of 12%and 20%waste porcelain powder with 54%alumina into the insulator with the alumina about 40%to replace part of the bauxite and feldspar raw materials.The resulting billet alumina is reduced,but the mud Dehydration,drying process,molding performance and other process performance is better than no waste porcelain powder raw materials.12%of the waste porcelain powder instead of 10%of the raw material bauxite and 2%feldspar,the porcelain of the bending strength was significantly higher than the raw material side,and 20%of the waste porcelain powder instead of 18%of bauxite and 2%of feldspar,the resulting porcelain bending strength and raw material side similar.The addition of porcelain powder can reduce the corundum in porcelain,but the content of mullite and quartz is improved,and the secondary needle-like mullite intertwined phenomenon is more developed,porcelain microstructure has been further optimized.According to the experimental results and the modern porcelain manufacturing procedures,carried out 160 tons of blank(which added more than 20 tons of waste porcelain powder)scale pilot,has been excellent performance of porcelain products.
