摘 要:对采自云南昭通盐津牛寨换流站绝缘子表面的绿色污秽物进行了初步研究。分离、提纯并利用形态学分类法镜检鉴定了绿色污秽物组分种类,测定了其对绝缘性的影响。结果表明:牛寨换流站绝缘子表面绿色污秽物主要组分是藻类植物,分别为绿球藻(Chlorococcaceae)、小球藻(Chlorellaceae)、集胞藻(Synechocystis)、念珠藻(Nostocaceae)、异小球藻(Heterochlorella)和微囊藻(Microcystaceae)。绿色污秽物导致绝缘子表面电阻率大幅下降105Ω,憎水性亦下降至HC5~HC6级,绝缘性能受到严重破坏。分析认为研制开发抑藻RTV涂料是缓解绿藻引起污闪的有效途径。The green filth on the insulator surface of the Niuzhai converter station in Yanjin,Zhaotong,Yunnan was studied in this paper.The components of green filth were separated,purified and identified by morphological microscopy and the effects of them on insulation were measured.The results shows that the main components of the green filth on the insulator surface of Niuzhai converter station are algae plants,namely,chlorococcaceae,chlorellaceae,synechocystis,nostocaceae,heterochlorella and microcystaceae.As a result,the surface resistivity of the insulator was decreased by 105Ωand the hydrophobicity of the insulator was decreased to HC5~HC6 level by the green filth,and the insulation property was seriously damaged.It is concluded that the development of algal resistant RTV coating is an effective way to alleviate the pollution flashover caused by green algae.
