科教协同培养中西医结合人才

摘　　要：中西医结合医学是我国医疗健康事业的重要组成部分,近年来,在“非典”“新冠肺炎”等重大公共卫生安全事件中发挥了重要的作用,越来越受到国家的支持和民众的关注。事业的发展人才是关键,如何面向社会培养具有创新思维和实践能力的中西医结合人才至关重要。笔者根据教学经历,结合国家人才培养质量标准要求,提出科教协同提升中西医结合人才培养质量的意见和建议,以期参考。Integrative Medicine is an important part of medical and health services in China.In recent years,it has attracted m ore and more national support and public concern due to its significant role in major public health emergency,such as"SARS"and"COVID-19".Talent training is a critical component to the medical and health services,how to cultivate socialoriented integrative medicine talents with innovative thinking and practical ability is of great importance.Under the national quality standards for talent training and based on the author’s teaching experience,the author puts forward opinions and suggestions on improving training quality of integrative medicine talents through science and education,for reference.
